Projects Department workers play a vital role in the final Product: they are responsible for Installation, Polishing and Finishing all the installed material. They work closely with the Design Department to ensure that the Design installed as per the required quality.

 

The Projects Department is overseen by the Projects Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that all the required work is completed to deadline, within budget, and to the specifications set by the Designer/Consultant. Once appointed, project Managers are responsible for Pointing and allocating the required number of Workmanship, as well as for coordinating the purchase of all the necessary materials and tools.
